			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wüsthof has a <a href="http://www.wusthof.com/EN/classic-ikon.asp">relatively new line of knives</a>, called the Classic Ikon line. It looks really familiar.</p>

<p>In fact, the more I look at it, the more it looks like a <a href="http://www.surlatable.com/category/id/102231.do">more expensive</a> version of the Victorinox <a href="http://www.victorinox.ch/index.cfm?page=302&amp;lang=E">Forged Professional</a> line of solingen knives (which, by the way, I have <a href="http://ryanmckern.com/general/19/">already raved about</a> because they're excellent European knives at a <a href="http://www.cutleryandmore.com/prodlist.asp?BrandID=153&amp;LineID=213">fantastically affordable price</a>).</p>

<p>For the record, if you find a local cutlery shop which carries the Victorinox line, you'll often find it discounted deeply beyond MSRP. You know, if you're into saving money.</p>
